Returns, Refunds, & Cancellation Policy

If you receive damaged or broken plants or products:
Please inform us within 24 hours and follow the photo guidelines below. You will need to take pictures of the box, packaging and damaged product. Email the pictures to, as we will need them to file a claim. Keep the damaged box for inspection by a shipping carrier representative.

Damage will only be covered up to $50 unless additional insurance is purchased.  Please note that insurance only covers damage or loss of the package. Freezing is not covered by insurance. See below for cold weather shipping guidelines.

Photo Guidelines:
Please take all of the following pictures of your shipment in order to be eligbile for any claim reimbursements.
5 or more photos of the damaged product(s)
2. A photo of the product placement in the box at time of arrival.
A photo of the packaging material used inside the box (brown paper, bags, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, cardboard dividers, etc.)
4. A clear, legible photo of the entire shipping label
A clear, legible photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (BMC), if available. This is a stamp found on the bottom side of the shipping box that shows the bursting strength or the edge crush rating of the box.
6. A clear, legible photo of the box dimensions printed on the bottom of the box.

Store credit will be issued after the insurance claim is approved.
Damaged items of minimal quantity will be credited and not re-shipped.

Any plants to be retuned must be approved prior to returning. Returns will be credited to your account towards your next purchase after we receive the return. We do not issue money back. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping cost is the buyers responsibility unless otherwise agreed to by our staff. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned or cancelled orders that have already been shipped or prepared to ship.

Delayed Shipment:
If your order arrives too late due to shipping carrier delays, you may refuse the order and return to sender. A 20% restocking fee will be applied and a refund will be issued, less shipping cost. If delivery is not refused, return shipping will be at at buyers expense. Plan accordingly, especially during peak seasons.

Undeliverable Address:
Orders returned due to insuffieinct address will be reshipped as-is to the same address if address is said to be correct. If the address provided was incorrect, shipping must be repurchased in order to reship. If you choose to cancel the order, a refund less shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Cold Weather Shipping:
No refunds or returns will be approved on plants damaged or killed by freezing weather.

Heat packs are available as an add on. Please add 1-2 heat packs (per box) if your plants will be traveling through any zones with freezing weather.

Be available. Someone must be able to receive the plants when they are delivered. If they are left outside in freezing weather, they will not survive. Use the tracking information provided to monitor your plants arrival.

Expedited shipping options are available for selection at checkout. In extreme cold temperatures, faster shipping methods are advised. Estimated transit times are visable when selecting your shipping method.
